5. Don’t know to choose which size?

Before choose your size, please refer to our size chart to make sure the size fit you. If you size is not suit for our size chart, then you can choose our custom sizing service. Here is the link of our measuring guide, which may help you.

6. How is the quality of your products?

Our product quality is good relative to our rivals. All of our products are the same as the photos. Products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.

7. When can I get my item?

Our dress processing time is about 10-12 days and the shipping time is about 3-5 days. But if you are hurry, you can choose our rush order. And you’d better contact our customer service to make sure time is enough for you to your item. We will take care every customer’s order.

8. How can I make a change on my order?

Just contact our customer service asap to see whether it can be corrected.

9. How do I return the item I got?
